Eligibility to study PhD(Sanskrit) in Sardar Patel University?
Hello everyone, I want to do PhD(Sanskrit) from Sardar Patel University. I just want to know about the eligibility criteria for getting admission and studying this PhD course in this university. Please tell me immediately. Thank you!

The eligibility criteria to do PhD in Sanskrit at Sardar Patel University is as follows:
1. A master's degree holder with a minimum of 55% marks from recognised university. 2. However 50% of marks are enough in case of SC/ST/OBC(Non-Creamy Layer) and PWD candidates. 3. A candidate of sardar Patel University whose M.Phil. dissertation is completed and viva voce is pending is also eligible to apply for PhD admission. 4. There is a special provision of the supernumerary seats not exceeding 10% of the total seats available in a subject, if there are no vacant seats available with the eligible supervisors in the subject concerned, to the in-service teachers for encouraging the faculty members of colleges and universities for getting a PhD degree. |

Eligibility to study PhD(Sanskrit) in Sardar Patel University:
You must have a Master’s degree in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD candidates) in aggregate or equivalent marks/grades from any recognized university.
