Respected Sir, I am interested to study PhD(Statistics) from Gulbarga University. I would like to know about the eligibility criteria for applying and studying this PhD course. Please tell me about the eligibility criteria asap.

Eligibility to study PhD (Statistics) in Gulbarga University:-

Eligibility criteria:-
The candidate should have passed Master's degree from a recognised University with at least 55% marks are eligible for Ph.D degree.

Age limit:-
There is no age bar

Selection procedure:-
Candidates will be selected for the Ph.D programme on the basis of their marks in the qualifying merit / entrance examination followed by the counselling session.

Entrance exam:-
NET
SLET
GATE
SET.

Eligibility criteria for Ph.D course:-

Candidates who have completed masters degree in Statistics from a recognized University are eligible for Ph.D course in Statistics. General and OBC candidates should hold 55% and above marks in masters degree. For SC/ST candidate its 50% and above in masters degree.

There is no age criteria.
