Dear friends, I am looking forward to joining Indian Veterinary Research Institute for studying PhD program in Veterinary Extension Education. I would like to know about the entrance exams through which I can secure admission for this PhD program in this institute. Please tell me about the cutoff score for getting admission.

The distribution of seat allotment to study PhD in Veterinary Extension Education at Indian Veterinary Extension Education is done through entrance examination. 75% of seats including sponsored seats are filled on the basis of All India Entrance Examination which is conducted by the institute and rest 25% seats are filled on the basis of All India Competitive Examination for Award of ICAR's Senior Research Fellowship (AICE-SRF[PGS]) which is conducted by Education Division ICAR, New Delhi.

The educational qualification required for the admission is a candidate must have done a MVSc degree in the relevant field with a minimum CGPA 6.50/10, 3.25/5, 2.60/4 scale for general and OBC category and for SC/ST it is 5.50/10, 2.75/5, 2.20/4 scale and the universities where only marks are given there a candidate must have scored 60% marks for general and OBC category and for SC/ST it is 50% marks.
