How to apply PhD in Journalism & Mass Communication or PhD in Media Studies in Anna University????

Can anyone tell me the correct procedure to follow

If you have a Master's Degree in Mass Communication and Journalism with at least 55% marks, then surely you can apply for admission in Ph.D course.

Anna University give admission into Ph.D Mass Communication and Journalism through entrance examination. If you have the Master's Degree, then apply for the entrance examination. The admission will be based on merit and those who have got a good rank in entrance exam will be given admission.

Those who have a valid NET/SLET score will be exempted for entrance exam. Those who are having M.Phil degree are also exempted from entrance exam.
