You can apply for Ph.D admission, if you have masters degree in the same field with at least 55% marks. There is relaxation of 5% marks for reserved category.

Just apply for admission, when there is a notification by concerned university on a prescribed format. Admission will be on the basis of performance in the written exam and interview.
