Yes, surely you can apply for Ph.D in Pharmaceutical Sciences as you have the M.Pharma qualification. You must have at least 55% marks in your M.Pharma as most of the universities ask for this percentage for giving admission.

Also, most of the top universities including NIMHANS give Ph.D admission in the basis of scores in exams like CSIR NET/GATE/GPAT/ICMR . Hence, if you have qualified any of these exams, then it will be an advantage for your during Ph.D admission in top universities like NIMHANS.
