Hello friends, can you please help me to know about the procedure for securing admission at the Gulbarga University for a PhD in Instrumentation Technology course. Please tell me how can I get admission for this PhD program in this university?

Procedure to get a PhD(Instrumentation Technology) admission in Gulbarga University:-

The University offers online mode of application to the candidates. Application fee is to be paid online.

1 - Visit the official website of the University and click on admission tab.
www.gug.ac.in

2 - Click on apply online and fill the form carefully.

3 - Pay the application fees through net banking or credit / debit card.

4 - Take the print out of the application form after submitting.

Application fees:-

For CEE: INR 800 ( for SC/ST candidates and Cat - 1 candidates; INR 400)

For others: INR 600 (for SC/ ST candidates and Cat - 1candidates: INR 300).


Note:-

SC/ST and Cat - 1 candidates have to submit caste / category certificate along with some submitting the print out of the application.

For admission to PG course, application form along with required document must be submitted to chairperson / co-ordinator of the concerned departments.

Fill the application form carefully.

Submit the application form.

Pay the application fees through Net banking credit card / debit card.

Take the printout of the application form for future use.

Documents:-

Migration certificate ( no objection certificate from the university last attended )

Passing / degree certificate of the last qualifying degree examination.

Mark list of the last qualifying degree examination.

Procedure to get a PhD(Instrumentation Technology) admission in Gulbarga University is as follows.

Applicant will be selected through entrance exam conducted by university followed by interview.

Applicant's final selection will be done through personal interview.
