I am studying in 12th class. I am intrested to do my further career in research field. I am presently preparing to crack KVPY. I want some more information about this field.What efforts should I take?Please guide me.

If you have really interested in go for research field then it is better to go with general subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Zoology, Botany.

In general study there have lots of scope to do research. To go research, you may have to build strong knowledge in your subjects.

After engineering you are also allow to join research oriented jobs.
