M.Sc Physics student can write CSIR in Earth Science?


Is Msc physics Student eligible for writing CSIR-UGC Net(earth sciences)
Exam?

Sorry M.Sc Physics passed students are only eligible for Physical science subject. Hence, you have to prepare for physical science subjects, if you are interested in qualifying CSIR NET. Also, make sure that you have got 55% marks in M.Sc Physics. There is relaxation in marks for SC/ST and OBC category candidates.

For Earth Science subject, you must have Master's Degree in Geology or Applied Geology or its equivalent from a recognized University with 55% marks. You don't have this qualification and surely you are not eligible for this subjects because it is completely a different field.
