Is it possible to apply for NET(Environmental Studies) for teaching purpose being a PhD(Chemistry) aspirant?

Hello everyone, I am planning to do PhD in Chemistry as I am an MSc student of same specialization. But I want to teach Environmental Studies to undergraduate students. So, is it possible for me to apply for NET in Environmental Studies?

No, it is not possible to apply for NET Environmental Studies for teaching purpose being a PhD Chemistry aspirant.
