Phd. Course in EE in the Sunrise university alwar is approved or not from UGC? Is it safe to take the Ph.D course over there? Can you please provide me the information on the same. Waiting for the reply soon. Thank you.

The Ph.D. programme consists of 02 Academic Years

DOCTORATE DEGREE
Students who have successfully completed all examinations of their selected course will be awarded the

Ph.D. (Doctor of Philosophy) by the SunRise University - Alwar.

ENTRY REQUIREMENT
A Candidate for Admission to The Degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) must have obtained atleast IInd Class in Master’s Degree with securing minimum 55% marks of a recognized University in which the candidate wishes to pursue the program of research or in a relevant subject thereto.

(A relaxation of 5% marks in PG Degree is applicable for Reserved Category i.e. SC / ST & Physically Challenged Candidates).

Or

Direct Admission for the Candidate who have completed their M.Phil / JRF / NET / SLET / CSIR

FEE STRUCTURE (FULL COURSE)
Rs. 1,35,000/- (Arts) Rs. 1,45,000/- (Science / Management) Rs. 1,65,000/- (Engg. / Pharmacy / Law)

ADMISSION SCHEDULE FOR JANUARY, 2015
Admission to Research Programme - 2015 will be based on an Entrance Examination and Personal Interview.

Last Date for Submission of Application Forms alongwith Entrance Test, Documents and Processing Fees of Rs. 5,000/- by DD in favour of "Sunrise University" payable at Alwar.

Sunrise University is recognized by UGC. However, there is no mention of its PhD course being approved by UGC as well as no proof is given by them in their official website.
