I have applied for CSIR. I just forgot to send the copy of bank challan with form. What can I do know in this situation, please help me in this regard with all the relevant details.

You can contact CSIR as soon as possible through email or phone or in person and inform them about the issue. They will tell you the procedure to follow for correction.

Normally, if you contact them, then might even ask you to mail the scanned copy of challan for proof. If payment is already done, then there shouldn't be any problem.
