i want to know that when is the DBT JRF exam,
and when will its form available?

You can expect DBT JRF notification in the month of February, if we go by the previous notification.

For 2014 the online application started from 20th February 2014 and ended on 21st March 2014. We can expect the same dates in 2015 also. Therefore, you can keep track of the notification and apply according to it.

The date may vary every year due to some reasons but will be in and around February month only. Just make sure that you have required qualification and age before applying for this exam.
