MCA candidate will be admitted provisionally and will be considered for JRF and Assistant professor only when they pass masters program with required percentage.

The selection for award of JRF shall be made on the basis of entrance exam called NET conducted by CSIR at national level twice a year .
Those who qualify the test are informed individually.

The minimum educational qualification required is a candidate must have passed a master's degree or equivalent in Electronic Science, Humanities and Social Science, Computer Science and Applications from a recognized university.

The candidate is required to get at least 55% marks for the general category and for SC/ST categories it is 50% marks. Candidates in the last year of their master's degree level or who have appeared in the final year examination but whose results are not declared are also eligible to apply. The maximum age limit for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) is 28 years as of 1st January 2022.
