MCA candidate will be admitted provisionally and will be considered for JRF and Assistant professor only when they pass masters program with required percentage.
The selection for award of JRF shall be made on the basis of entrance exam called NET conducted by CSIR at national level twice a year . Those who qualify the test are informed individually. |

The basic eligibility criteria required to apply for this CSIR JRF Examination after successful completion of MCA course is given below, Name of the Examination - CSIR JRF Examination @ Of course yes. You are certainly eligible to apply for CSIR JRF Examination after MCA course. @ Candidates who have completed Master's Degree from a recognized university or institute are eligible for this examination. @ Hence, after MCA course you will be eligible as this course is a Master's Degree. @ The maximum age should not exceed 28 years to be eligible for General and OBC category candidates and 33 years for SC or ST or PWD category candidiates. |

Yes, MCA holders can appear for the JRF exam after completion of BTech or when you are in final year with results awaited category. If you qualify the test, you get the fellowship.

Yes, MCA holders can apply for CSIR NET. The National Eligibility Test (NET) is conducted on behalf of the University Grants Commission (UGC) for a candidate for the Assistant Professorship, Junior Research Fellowship, or both. The minimum educational qualification required is a candidate must have passed a master's degree or equivalent in Electronic Science, Humanities and Social Science, Computer Science and Applications from a recognized university.
The candidate is required to get at least 55% marks for the general category and for SC/ST categories it is 50% marks. Candidates in the last year of their master's degree level or who have appeared in the final year examination but whose results are not declared are also eligible to apply. The maximum age limit for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) is 28 years as of 1st January 2022. |

Yes. You are eligible to apply for CSIR JRF.
Candidates with a bachelor's degree are not regarded as being eligible to take the National Eligibility Test. You must successfully complete a master's degree and achieve a qualifying exam score of at least 55% in order to sit for the exam. |

The minimum eligibility required to apply for Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) NET (also known as CSIR UGC NET) is that you must have completed Post graduation with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university.
You should not be more than 28 years for Joint Research Fellowship. |

Yes. You may submit an application for the CSIR JRF.
Bachelor's degree holders are not thought to be capable of sitting for the National Eligibility Test. In order to sit for the qualifying exam, candidates must successfully complete a master's degree from any recognized University*and obtain a score of at least 55% *in aggregate. |
