Hello Sir, I am getting admission in Guru Nanak Girl's PG College Udaipur for MA(English Literature) course. I want to become a Teacher of a High School. So, after completing my MA, I will become a Government Teacher of a High School?

No, you can't get government school Teacher job merely on the basis of MA (Engiish Literature). For permanent Teacher job at a government school, you need to have B.Ed and also valid TET scorecard to apply for any such vacant jobs.

On the basis of your MA degree, you can only apply for private schools and contractual teaching jobs at government schools. Hence, you can try for for such jobs and also get admission in a BEd course.
