Re: Can I do LLB as now I'm pursuing MCom?
You cannot pursue two courses simultaneously and eligible to get admission in the other course only after completion of one course.
LLB is three year course and candidates with bachelor degree in any discipline are eligible to appear for the entrance examination to get admission in the course. No upper age limit to pursue LLB course. |

Re: Can I do LLB as now I'm pursuing MCom?
Since, you are pursuing M.Com. degree course in a regular mode of education it would not be possible for you to get admission to LLB (Bachelor of Law) degree course unless you complete your M.Com. degree course as one cannot pursue two regular degree courses simultaneously and Bar Council of India does not approve any university to offer degree courses in law in a distance mode of education.

Re: Can I do LLB as now I'm pursuing MCom?
Yes, you can pursue LLB (Bachelor of Law) degree course but after completion of your M.Com. degree course or after quitting it as LLB degree course can be offered only in regular mode of education as per the Bar Council of India regulation and one cannot pursue two regular degree courses simultaneously.
So, you can join LLB degree course even after quitting your M.Com. degree course as the minimum education required for pursuing the same degree course is a bachelor degree course in any discipline from a recognized university. |

Re: Can I do LLB as now I'm pursuing MCom?
The only difference is of duration when a candidate does bachelor's degree in law after 10+2, he/she has to give five years for completion of LLB whereas after completion of bachelor's degree in any discipline, the duration of LLB is only three years.
You cannot apply for the LLB while pursuing Masters in commerce. First complete your Master's degree in commerce then you can apply for this course. |
