I have done my master's in dance and also in the final year of my English master's , so can I give NET in both?

Yes, you can appear for two different subjects in NET.

NET is conducted by UGC. The required eligibility to appear in the examination is that candidate must have passed master degree from a recognised university with minimum 55% aggregate.

Candidates possessing the above qualification are eligible to appear in the examination

Yes, you can appear in UGC NET in both papers but in two different sessions as a candidate is allowed to appear in UGC NET with only one subject in one session and multiple applications for a single UGC NET session are not acceptable.
