Can I pursue Msc(biotech) or Msc(pharma) after Bsc(Nursing)?


Sir/Mam, can I pursue Msc(biotech)/pharma after B.sc nursing?

Yes, you can study M.Sc Biotechnology after graduation in Nursing. However, if you want to do MSc in Pharmacy, you need to have Biology as a subject in Intermediate to do a course in Pharmacy, although some universities offer Biology as a subject in the first year of BSc.

Yes, you can pursue MSc in Biotech or MSc in Pharma after completing your BSc in Nursing. The educational qualification required for MSc in Pharmacology is a candidate must have passed MBBS/BDS or BPharm or BSc degree or Bachelor of Physiotherapy with a minimum score of 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. The minimum score may vary from university to university.

The educational qualification required for MSc in Biotech is a candidate must have passed BSc degree in Biotechnology/Biology/Food Science/Microbiology/Nursing or BPharma/BPT/BMIT with a minimum score of 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. The minimum score may vary from university to university.
