Sir, I want to do English Literature in MA course. I am studying BCom(H) right now. So, after completing my Graduation can I study MA with English Literature? Please let me know about this as soon as possible.

The minimum eligibility criteria required for the candidates is to possess a bachelor's degree in English or relevant discipline from a recognised University with a minimum aggregate score of 60%. Admission to M. A. English Literature is done on the basis of entrance test.

Yes, you can study MA(English Literature) after completing BCom(H), if you want to make a career in Literature. MA(English Literature) is a flexible course that offers various diverse careers in the field of Management, Media, Academic careers, etc. But if you want to switch over streams after graduation, then it is definitely possible. But the ideal options after BCom may be other job oriented courses like, MCom, CA/CS or ICWA, LLB, MBA etc.
