in gate my gate score - 406 , mark - 29 , all india rank- 139
in textile technology which college shall i get admission for mtech textile category- general...

You should get admission in the best institute or college based on this rank. Your rank is good enough to help you get admission in a government college, if available.

Just make sure that you have a list of colleges which considered the best before attending counselling.
