Bangalore Institute of technology offers MTech in VLSI and Embedded system.

It is a 2 year full time PG course, affiliated to VTU, approved by AICTE.

Each year consists of 2 semesters. The first year comprises of both common and elective modules. The second year consists of dissertation and internship.

Eligibility is Bachelors degree with minimum of 50% marks
