Respected sir, i have complete my diploma from IETE in electronics & telecommunication engineering. I want to know that I am preparing for JE post in RRB. I am worried about my diploma recognisation. Please tell me am i eligible or not..

Eligibility Criteria required for Junior Engineer post in RRB:

The minimum basic eligibility criteria required to apply for the post of Junior Engineer in RRB is given below:

Name of the Organization - Railway Recruitment Board

Name of the Job Position - Junior Engineer

>> In order to be eligible for this recruitment, candidates must have completed Diploma course in the concerned discipline from a recognized university or institute.

>> Candidates who have completed Diploma in various Engineering disciplines are eligible for the respective posts.

>> The minimum age required is 18 years and maximum age should not exceed 33 years. Of course, there will be an age relaxation for reserved category candidates.

>> As you have already completed Diploma in Engineering, I can say that you are certainly eligible to apply for this recruitment.

eligibility criteria for the Junior Engineer (JE) post in the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) in India are as follows:
• For Junior Engineer (JE) (P-Way) and Junior Engineer (JE) (Works): Applicants must have a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or a combination of any sub-stream of basic streams of Civil Engineering.
• For Junior Engineer (JE) (Track Machine): Applicants must have a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Manufacturing/Mechatronics/Industrial/Machining/Instrumentation and Control/Tools and Machining/Tools and Die Making/Automobile Engineering.
• For Junior Engineer (JE) (Depot Material Superintendent): Applicants must have a Diploma/Degree in Engineering in any discipline.
