M.Tech. in Information Technology is a Post Graduate degree, duration of 2 years divided into 4 semesters.

Candidates passed BE/B Tech with 50% (5% relaxation for SC/ ST/ OBC researvation) may apply for this course. They can take admission through GATE exam.
