Hi everyone, kindly let me know about the entrance exam through which I can secure admission in ABV-IIITM for studying MTech(VLSI Design). And I also want to know about the cutoff rank to secure admission. Please tell me immediately.

Yes, Entrance examination is available to study MTech in VLSI Design at ABV-IIITM. Admission selection is through counseling based on the rank obtained in GATE(Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering). The cutoff marks varies every year and also depends on the number of candidates appearing for the test.

The educational qualification required is a candidate must have passed BE/BTech in the relevant field with a minimum score of 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. I am also giving you the institute website link for your reference that is www.iiitm.ac.in

You can get admission on the basis of GATE score.

You must have minimum score of 70 percentile in GATE to secure admission.
