Hi everyone, I would like to know about the exemption available in TANCET-MArch 2019 of upcoming year for the SC/ST candidates. I belongs to ST category. I have searched alot but couldn’t find it so I need your help to find out. Kindly help me.

SC/ST candidates can get exemption in the application fee. Application fee is*Rs. 500/-*for general category,while Rs. 250/-*for SC/ST category. SC/ST candidates can also get a 5% of relaxation in qualifying exams. For general category, minimum qualifying marks required to apply for TANCET 2019*is 50% and for reserved category is 45% in their graduation.

For SC/ST category candidates, there is reservation benefit available. You can get exemptions in terms of marks, which is 5% for the eligibility criteria. For SC/ST category 45% is the minimum marks in degree for TANCET.

You can also avail age relaxation, in case there is an upper age limit set for the exam and you have exceeded that limit.
