Yes,ISM (M.Tech ) is recognised by UGC and AICTE.And it's established in 1926.

Universities have obligation to conform to the standards and norms laid down by AICTE.
The course of M.TECH in regular/weekend/part-time/lateral entry is approved by AICTE.
