To become a Judge in India one must have an LLB/LLM degree and should have held a judicial office in India for 10 years or should have been an advocate of a High Court for 10 years. After an LLB degree, you have to appear for various state judicial service examination which is conducted by the respective high court to become a civil judge or judicial magistrate.
