First of all let me tell you that in all these three courses there is nothing like "which is best".

Each degree has its own importance in various sectors of organisation. It would have been more easy to identify if you would have mentioned the names of the degree courses and specialisations.

However, there is no much difference between the mentioned courses rather than just their field of specialisation and work function.

You should select the course in which you are interested rather than the quality of degree course as all of them are Master degree.

However, the basic difference between the courses are:

MCA(Commerce) - Provides good computer related knowledge knowledge blended with Commerce and Trade.

MCA(Science) - Interprets scientific technology with software/hardware.

MCA(Management) - Geared for students who wants to develop managerial skills using computer technology.
