Sir, I am studying in final year of BCom(Accountancy). I am also preparing for Government recruitment exams. I have taken coaching for such course. But I am also looking for Master Degree but not in Accountancy. I want to do choose different branch in Master Degree. So, is this possible for me?

Yes, it is possible to change stream in Master’s Degree for BCom (Accountancy) graduates. The BCom (Accountancy) students can choose to study MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management in master’s degree. Eligibility to study MBA or PGDM is a pass in bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks from a recognized university. Eligible candidates have to appear for the entrance examinations like CAT, MAT, XAT, TANCET, etc. for the admission to study MBA. Therefore, BCom (Accountancy) graduates can change stream in post graduation.
