Default Re: Is SET exam required for MTech graduate? Why LBS SET syllabus does not contain computer as a subject?

The LBS SET syllabus does not contain computer as a subject because it is not a requirement for the exam. The exam is designed to test candidates' knowledge of the fundamentals of science and mathematics. Computer science is not considered to be a fundamental subject in this context.
If you have done your MTech in computer science and engineering, you are not required to take the SET exam. However, you may choose to take the exam if you want to improve your chances of getting a job in the teaching profession. The exam can also help you to get a higher salary if you are already working as a teacher.
Here are some of the reasons why you might want to take the SET exam:
  • To improve your chances of getting a job in the teaching profession.
  • To get a higher salary if you are already working as a teacher.
  • To meet the requirements for a promotion.
  • To earn a higher degree.
If you are considering taking the SET exam, you should be aware of the following:
  • The exam is difficult.
  • The exam covers a wide range of topics.
  • The exam is competitive.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
