Should I join directly MBA or gain 2 years of field experience after BTech Civil course?

Hello everyone, I want to know that, this is my final year of BTech in Civil Engineering and I am planning to do MBA after completing my BTech course. So, my enquiry is, should I join MBA directly after completing BTech or should I work for 2 year in field for experience than I join for an MBA course? Please suggest me!

Yes, you should gain 2year of field experience after B TECH CIVIL Course it will help you for reference for MBA in experience certificate.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
