sir someone saying to me students from some private universities which are not having i.c.a.r recognition is not allowed to write jrf exam. but i'm studying b.sc agriculture in a university which having ugc approval with 3.4 grade by naac but not having icar recognition. am i eligible for jrf? if the answer is no, then what can i do for my higher studies?
