What are the disadvantages of admission in not AICTE approved course?

I has been completed Bpharm.Now I want to take admission in Mpharm.The selected college has been approved by UGC, PCI, AICTE but the selected course is not AICTE approved. After completion of Mpharm I am eligible for govt. service.Plese guide me.
