After successful completion of the BE in Computer Science Engineering course, there are several best courses available to study. The detailed information is given below:

They are:

@ M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering or
@ M.Tech in Network Engineering
@ M.Tech in Information Technology..etc.

As far as my best knowledge is concerned, the best course I would suggest you to go with is M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering as you will be dealt with the almost same topics in advanced mode. Hence you can gain some good knowledge over your educational background.
