Hi everyone, I want to join IGNOU for studying MSc Mathematics program. So, is there any entrance exam for the admission? When the admission is going to be started? Kindly tell me immediately.

IGNOU has MACS(Mathematics and Computer Science) instead of an MSc in Mathematics and it is equivalent. It is a 2 year duration course and the admission for a July month session has been extended till 15th October 2020 due to COVID-19 pandemic. The educational qualification required is a candidate must have passed bachelor's degree in Mathematics with a minimum score of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. Admission selection will be done on the basis of merit list which will be released by the university.

Interested candidate can apply online through IGNOU website www.ignou.ac.in by clicking on the Register Online option and from the dropdown select Fresh Admission tab. First of all register yourself and thereafter login with the details. Fill the form with all the required details and pay the application fee online and submit the form.
