No, you are not eligible for HCL recruitment because your 12th standard marks is below 60%.

HCL Technology is a reputed multinational company.

Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for HCL Technology is,

HCL Technology= 60%

Candidates having more than two years gap throughout the studies are not eligible for HCL Technology recruitment.

Pattern for HCL Technology written test:-

1. Quantitative /analytical reasoning (20 questions)
2. Verbal ability (20 questions)
3. Technical section (10questions)

No, you are not at all eligible to appear in HCL Recruitment process with the above mentioned percentages. Because the minimum percentage required to be eligible for appearing in HCL Recruitment process is "60% marks throughout your academics". Since you have secured 59% marks in 12th Class you are not eligible to appear in HCL Recruitment process, as 59% is considered as 59% marks which are less than 60% marks and they are not considered as 60% marks. I suggest you to concentrate on programming languages namely, C, Java, C++, C#, Oracle, .NET, PHP, Linux, UNIX and SQL to get job easily in software companies. So do not get disappointed, you may be eligible to appear in other companies recruitment process since some of the companies do not ask candidates to have minimum 60% marks.

No, you are not eligible for the Campus rive organised by the HCL, as HCL require minimum of 60% throughout the Academic Carrier and you are even not fulfilling the minimum criteria also. So. you must try another company.

As you have less than 60% in the 10th class you are not eligible to work in HCL.As it is a reputed multinational company in India.
The candidate should have atleast 60% aggregate through out the studies.
Should not have any backlogs in graduation.
Should not have a gap of atleast 2years between the studies
but you need not worry because lot of opportunities in software field so improve your skills then you can get good job.
All the best
