Yes you can find a place as soa in Oracle as a fresher but you need to have very strong field knowledge just like soa.

Only saying soa means you are the architect of databases and nothing can escape from you.
Even you must have hand on experience o. Various database structure.

Hiring fresher as a soa is not a problem but what is issue is that they must have in depth knowledge of database Nd it's schema.

If you have done a certification then it will be more beneficial for you.
But, being a fresher they won't have much expectations from you. So you need to tell them that how useful milestone you can be provided for this company.
