I got 3 backlogs in 3 sem and in 4 only one now I have cleared 4th sem subject and only 1 from 3 sem.... I'm yet to clear the rest..... Will I get a problem in being placed in MNC?

4 backlogs are too much for getting hired in big companies.
Firstly you need to clear all the backlogs, after that you can apply for the same.

They mainly give preference to students having good academic background with atleast 60% throughout your studies.

Or
What you can do is as you have backlogs, you can join at any smaller company which suits your field of interest.
As most companies nullify backlogs , if they find candidate with work experience.
Thus you can gain experience in any smaller company with these backlogs and after getting experience, you can try for big companies.
