Hello Sir, I am interested to become a Software Engineer in TCS. I am studying BE course in CSE stream. I would like to know about the eligibility criteria for me to become a Software Engineer. Please help me to know about this asap.

In order to become a Software Engineer in TCS, you should have completed B.E/B.Tech/MCA/BCA/BS/MS/M.Tech/MBA in any discipline from a recognized college/university. You should have scored minimum 65% and above through out the academic career. You should not have any pending backlogs and should not have more than 2 years of educational gap. Must have good knowledge in computer languages also.

The basic eligibility criteria required to become a Software Engineer in TCS is given below,

Yes, you are certainly eligible to become a Software Engineer in TCS and candidates must have completed B.E/ B.Tech in any of the below mentioned streams in order to be eligible.
* Electrical and Electronics Engineering or
* Mechanical Engineering or
* Information Technology or
* Electronics and Communication Engineering or
* Electronics and Telecommunication or
* Network Engineering or
* Electrical Engineering..etc.,

>> You must have scored minimum 60% marks throughout the academics in order to be eligible.

>> You must not have any pending backlogs by the time you attend the recruitment.
