I want to know eligibility criteria of tech mahindra. I have scored in 10th 80%, 12th 59% , and now studying in BE 3rd year.

As per your 12th standard marks, you are not eligible for Tech Mahindra recruitment.

Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for Tech Mahindra is 60%. You should not have any pending backlog. Candidates having more than two years gap throughout the studies are not eligible for Tech Mahindra recruitment.

Selection process for Tech Mahindra recruitment:-

1. Aptitude test
2. Technical interview
3. Personal interview

The eligibility for the job in Tech Mahindra for BE/BTech candidates is a pass in BE/BTech 60% throughout career
(from SSLC to Graduation) without outstanding arrears.

And for a Technical Associate they require c/c++.

There are lots of walk in drives are available for fresh graduates.

No you are not eligible for Tech Mahindra. Because the percentage criteria for Tech Mahindra for all BE/ B.tech/ Bsc students is 65% over all. Means in 10th, 12th and in your degree over all 65%. This is for 2015-2016 passing batches. And accordingt o you, you are not eligible for it because of 12th percentage. But don't loose hopes because their are lots of better company.

For ICSE board student the 10th and 12th percentage calculation is based on bet of 5 subject or all subjects?

Sir what if, I am having one year gap between my 2nd and 3rd year of B.E degree . Rest score in 10th is 80% and 12th is 65% am I still eligible ?

Hi,

Tech Mahindra's criteria for campus recruitment is,

-Throughout 60% or above in 10th,12th and BE
-Only 1 backlog allowed
-Not more than 1 year gap between educational years

For campus placement selection rounds

-Aptitude test
-essay writing
-technical round
-HR round.

But don't lose hope. There are other companies where the criteria is 55%, there you can apply. just focus on below skills,

-Good negotiation skills
-Team spirit, need to be good team player
-Good domain knowledge

For IT MNCs, the usual eligibility criteria for recruitment is 65% throughout your academics. Your 12th score is not passing the criteria. So you are not eligible to attend the tech Mahindra recruitment process.

TECH MAHINDRA Eligibility criteria:-

1.Minimum 60 % throughout in Class X, XII
2.Minimum 60 % in Graduation
3. Education gap of maximum up to 1 year is allowed.
4. Only fresher are eligible
5. NO Backlog(s) are allowed on time of joining

Sometime Tech Mahindra keeps the 70% throughout totally varies college to college.
Besides this basic qualification, candidate must possess clear all the round conducted by tech mahindra for a successful placement in tech mahindra.

Tech Mahindra Exam Syllabus Pattern 2018:

Tech mahindra recruitment drive process includes 3 separate rounds.

1. Written Test (online)
