i have been submitted my p.h.d. thesis in subject of hindi. Am I eligible for teaching in degree college for teaching

Yes, you are eligible fr teaching in any of the degree college for sure, as you have done your PhD degree and for this you are eligible to teach in nay of the degree college.

One thing i would like to suggest you that, better to do Bed degree course.

Doing Bed Degree course specify you exclusively that you are eligible to teach and can be a good teacher.

So, just go on and get your dream job.
