How to calculate basic salary after increment?
Mr.rajesh is working as an assistant manager in cipla ltd at Mumbai drawing basic salary of rs.25000 in the month of January. His date of increment in the pay is 1st july every year and he is paid salary by company on 25th date of each particular month. He gets increment of rs.2000 every year in basic salary.
Please tell me the amount of basic salary and it's calculations. |

The amount of basic salary of CPC and it's calculation:-
The typical Cipla Assistant Manager salary is Rs. 5,38,879/-. Assistant Manager salaries at Cipla can range from Rs. 2,43,649/- to Rs. 10,05,051/-. As per 6th CPC, one increment is equal to 3% (three per cent) of the sum of the pay in the pay band and the grade pay will be computed and rounded off to the next multiple of ten. |
