I have two salary slips, but consolidated salary is same in both slips after increment also. What is the reason? Is it right or wrong?

You can contact your employer for any such details. They will give you the clear reason for any such issues. It will be better to talk with your HR manager, if available.

Salary should increase with increment and if it hadn't increased, then there might be some issues with it. Just contact them as soon as possible.

May be your salary increment details are not been updated yet.You should inform this issue to your company's account and finance department and also introduce your both salary slips of before and after salary increment with salary increment letter.
