I graduated in 2015 with an aggregate of 68.2%. My 12th aggregate is 86% and SSC aggregate is 89% . I am interested to know how to get a job as a fresher civil engineer in multi national companies .

You will need to have at least a bachelor's degree to get a civil engineering job, but you will get farther in your career path with a master's. Research the details of any program before you enroll. Some engineering programs focus on employment after the bachelor's degree. They usually feature internships.

Construction giants like TATA projects, HCC, SPCL etc attend their interviews, go their respective websites, speak to HR persons or mail them..
In this way ,you might get call from them for attending their interview...

How to get a job as a Fresher Civil engineer?

Most entry-level civil engineering positions require a bachelor's degree. In India to peruse a career as a civil engineer one should start his career journey directly after his 10th standard (SSC) by applying for the three years diploma course in civil engineering.
