Sir, I am a diploma holder in automobile engineer in Army. My retirement date is 11 Feb 2018. I have total 28 year experience. Can I get better job in another automobile or in any company with better salary and grade? Currently I am getting fifty five thousand rupees per month.my gmail address is [email protected]

Nothing solid can be said about your chances of getting a job after your service retirement. However, you might and should try and apply for jobs if there is any such vacancy in any good company, you might very well be recruited on the basis of the years of experience you have.

You may or may not get the salary you used to get, as it totally depends upon the organization you will be employed in.
