First one has to appear for three rounds of tests in Tech Mahindra. If it is in campus interview means, then Aptitude Test, Technical Interview and HR Interview. The eligibility criteria are 60% of marks in all boards and Engineering. If you apply directly, then one has to write an online written test, Technical Interview and HR Interview. In both the cases, one has to appear for three rounds of interview.
