Hi,

I am a fresher. I get placed in both IBM & CTS both. which one is better?

I suggest you to join IBM when compared to CTS. Here are the reasons,

• IBM is in better position and ranking when compared to CTS.
• Excellent 3 months training will be provided by IBM.
• Lot of new projects which uses the latest technologies.
• Great scope to explore and learn new technologies.
• Good onsite opportunities and good increments and IBM is an MNC with many branched all over the globe.

Both IBM and CTS are very good companies. IBM is better than CTS in terms of exposure and future growth. On the other hand, the work culture of CTS is very good. You should see what position is being given by CTS and IBM and then decide as per your interest. Since you are just a fresher, so do not pay much attention to the package the companies are offering. You should concentrate more at the learning opportunities. IBM is a better environment since it is the leader in the IT industry and provides very good learning opportunities.

How about work environment in concentrix IBM daksh.....
I'm placed in both companies in concentric n cognizant...I'm confused...which one should I choose..
