1. You are responsible to lead analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation and troubleshooting of issues to identify the root cause and resolve.

2. You have to report project status to development manager and onshore members on daily scrum call.

3. Your another responsibility will be mentor all junior developers and Hands-on support of developers.

4. You are responsible to achieve deadlines and high quality of assigned projects.

5. Also you have to review and approve T/S, F/S and test documents.
