Dear friends, I am preparing for the interview of Tech Mahindra Hyderabad for the post of Associate Technical Support. I would like to know about the profile of this post as I came to know that they are hiring Associate Technical Support. So, I want to know about the job profile.

Job profile of Associate Technical Support in Tech Mahindra:

As a Technical Support associate you should be aware of basic technical knowledge in LAN, WAN and handling basic Internet issues.

You have to troubleshoot of technical related issues and ensure to resolve the issues or queries over the call.

Your responsibility will be research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues

You should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments.

Experienced candidates should have experience in International BPO.
