Hello, I just want to know about the criteria for selection in Tech Mahindra Hyderabad for the post of Associate Technical Support. Actually I am interested to give the interview and work as an Associate Technical Support in this company. So, I want to know about the selection criteria.

Selection criteria of Tech Mahindra for Technical Support interview:

1. You must have good communication skill.

2. You must have good knowledge on troubleshooting technical issues of PCs and Laptops.

3. You have to be flexible to work on 24*7 environment.

4. You should have good analytical and problem solving skill
